Branch Head – Visakhapatnam
This position is responsible for the retail business of Vishakhapatnam region (designated as Market Head). We have Branch in Vishakhapatnam which covers nearest market Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Rajhamundry and Kakinada locations. 

Reporting: Regional Head (TG&AP)

Primary job responsibilities:
• Responsible for meeting the targets set for Visakhapatnam in terms of net sales equity, net sales duration products, Alternate Investment Funds and Gift city platform offerings
• Responsible for increasing the market share of AUM for entire Region
• Responsible to develop sales plan and execute all as day to day activities and strategies to implement it successfully
• Responsible to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue and cost to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve performance
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
• Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services, marketing campaigns and sales promotions, sales techniques, procedures and standards

Knowledge and skills required for the role:
• Good written & oral communication skill and Presentation skills
• Good understanding of Asset Management Business
• Ability to lead individuals and teams to achieve objectives and drive results
• Very good product and market knowledge

Educational Qualifications:
• CFP, MBA, or any equivalent degree Years of Experience:
