Objectives of the role:

Technically own the core investment management and analysis systems of DSP (Namely : Bloomberg AIM, EMSX & Port, mPower and other support systems
With strong functional knowledge on capital market domain challenge the users on the approach for the long term direction of the DSP systems.
Defining project scope, approach, deliverables, coordinating with the business and IT team for issues and up gradations in the applications.
Document the business requirement and coordinate with the vendor for development, test and production move
Service Quality check in line with Software Requirement Specification and Business Requirement Scope.
Experienced in application support and development.
Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule and ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project.
Ensuring timely escalation to Senior Management regarding issues impacting business and providing possible solutions to address the concerns.

Skills required for the role:

Must have full life-cycle experience in large, multi-tiered application & systems, preferably in Capital market.
Strong Project Management Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having through understanding of various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing
Business Process Documentation skill
Hands on in development of business applications
Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and oral.
Self-starter and can persistently follow-up.
