About the role:
- Monitor all aspects of accounting and finance functions of the company, subsidiaries and maintain hygiene amongst books of accounts.
- Assisting in preparation and finalization of Ind AS Standalone and Consolidated Financials for reporting purposes.
- Be a checker / verifier of accounting entries, mgmt. Fee, trustee fee, advisory fees calculations
- Payment management to creditors
- Assisting Statutory, External and Internal Audits
- Interaction with Auditors towards audit closures in a timely manner.
- Managing various statutory reporting
- Coordination with Tax team for all direct tax, Indirect tax related submissions and activities.
- Periodic review of bank recon, debtors, creditors, analysis of expense and other GL’s
- Assist in Annual Budgeting and forecasting exercise
- Interaction with banks and handling banking relationships for all current account, offshore remittances / inwards related aspects.
- Manage Fixed Asset & yearly FAR Audits.
Competencies required:
Functional Knowledge:
- Well versed with accounting, books of accounts, MIS
- Added advance would be, Knowledge of Ind-AS and ICFR accounting practices.
- Working knowledge on TDS and GST.

- Good verbal and writing communication skills and attitude.
- Ability to balance multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
- Strong focus on digitization and developing technology solutions to increase efficiency, controls and reduce risks.
