Job Summary

We are looking for a results‑oriented Sales & Service Representative to drive business growth through the Digital Distributors channel. The role involves managing distributor relationships, driving sales, tracking performance metrics, and supporting revenue growth through regular client engagement. The position requires frequent interactions with partners and travel within India.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management
  • Drive sales growth from the Digital Distributors channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Digital Distributors by understanding their business needs.
  • Engage in regular telephonic interactions and occasional face‑to‑face meetings across regions in India.
  • Act as a key point of contact for distributor queries, support, and coordination.
Product & Market Understanding
  • Develop a strong understanding of mutual fund products and operations.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to distributor gatekeepers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Presentations & Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations aligned to partner needs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and business reports.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Support execution of sales initiatives and campaigns across digital partners.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales/service, preferably in financial services or mutual funds.
  • Graduate degree
