What is the roles objective?
• Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through assigned retail channels (Banks, IFA’s and National Distributors) in Indore
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPAM
• Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain
• Responsible to empanel and activate new distributors
• To build a long term core assets through incremental net sales
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
• Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.
• Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations
• Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
What skills do you need to posses?
• NISM – Advisory module qualified
• Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry
• Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
What is the prior experience expected?
• 3-5 years of relevant exposure in financial services industry with good knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry.
What qualification you should have?
• Graduate. MBA (Finance or Marketing) would be preferred
