About the Role

This is a hands-on content execution role for someone who loves writing, creating, producing, simplifying, and shipping work at high quality.

You’ll write scripts, shape videos, simplify research, build performance ads, manage shoots (including podcasts), design creatives using Canva + AI, upload emailers, and work closely with Product, Research, Family Office, Institutional, Brand, and Growth teams.

What You’ll Own

1. Hands-On Content Creation

  • Write blogs, scripts, explainers, newsletters, landing pages, emailers, and social content.
  • Turn research, product notes, and data-heavy material into clean, simple, high-clarity messaging.
  • Build high-performing performance copy (hooks, angles, CTAs).
  • Use Canva + AI tools to create ads, video assets, carousels, landing pages, and email visuals.

2. Video & Podcast Production (Creator + Execution Role)

  • Script long-form, short-form, interview and educational videos.
  • Support podcast shoots: planning, coordination, on-set assistance, content flow.
  • Have strong editing sensibility (not technical editing): pacing, shot selection, storytelling, transitions, voice, structure.
  • Review edits from vendors with clear, actionable feedback.
  • Ensure DSP’s visual and editorial tone is consistent across content.

3. Owned Media (Blog, YouTube, Website, Emailers)

  • Own the DSP Blog: writing, editing, publishing, SEO hygiene, analytics.
  • Shape YouTube content: scripts, titles, thumbnails, metadata, chapters, insights.
  • Upload and QA emailers in publishing tools (content + visuals + links).
  • Build content for product pages, campaign pages, and educational sections.

4. Paid Media & Performance Creatives

  • Create performance assets using Canva + AI: static ads, banners, short videos.
  • Build A/B variants aligned to CTR, CVR and campaign goals.
  • Support Growth Marketing on NFOs, fund launches, and ongoing performance campaigns.
  • Draft hooks, punchlines, taglines, and landing page narratives.

5. Research Simplification (Product + Research Team)

Transform heavy research into simple messaging for:

  • Retail
  • HNI & Prime
  • Family Office
  • Institutional clients

Maintain accuracy while making the content accessible.


6. Event Content & Planning Support

Support content for:

  • Family Office meetings
  • Institutional presentations
  • Investor events & webinars
  • Speaker sessions
  • Internal shoots & interviews

Create:

  • Scripts, presentations, moderator notes
  • Intro videos, storylines, content flows
  • Brand-aligned messaging and visual frames

7. Agency & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work smoothly with creative agencies, video vendors, editors, writers, designers.
  • Share tight briefs, manage timelines, and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Research, Digital, Compliance, and Sales.

Experience

  • 4–7 years in BFSI, fintech, content marketing, digital media, or research-driven content.
  • Must demonstrate hands-on writing + execution (not a coordination-only role).
