Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mutual Fund Sales
The RM will be responsible for driving Mutual Fund sales through National Distributors (NDs), Key Relationships (KRs), and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The role requires strong relationship-building, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver consistent sales growth and market share for DSP.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive mutual fund sales across NDs, KRs, and IFAs
- Build and maintain client and channel partner relationships to increase market share
- Conduct client/associate meetings to understand needs and provide relevant feedback internally
- Develop long-term assets through incremental net sales and repeat business
- Share timely insights on client feedback and competitor activities to enable quick responses
- Execute sales strategies effectively and achieve assigned targets
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and mutual fund industry
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage stakeholder alignment both within and outside the firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and confident
- NISM VA certification (or ability to complete before joining)
Experience & Qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience in mutual fund sales or distribution
- Postgraduate degree (MBA/Finance specialization preferred)
