Financial Wellness Program Coordinator

1.           Relationship management and acquisition of new relations.
a.           Manage contacts and relations with existing associates – Corporate HRs, B School coordinators etc.  to run financial wellness program for their employees. students, professors etc.
b.           Acquire new relations by cold calls, references, using social media platforms and set up sessions.
c.           Internal coordination with relevant teams & departments to get references of new relations.
d.           Manage and maintain relationships with external training and events vendors – eg. CIEL, Knowise, Café Mutual etc.
e.           Regular calling and enquiring on session requirements.

2.           Coordination and assistance in running Financial Wellness programs for different entities – Corporates, B Schools, NGOs, Associations, external training vendors.
a.           Assist in setting up of sessions - online or offline, as per the mandates and calendars set. Finalize date, time, venue of the sessions based on trainers’ availability.
b.           Share program details with the concerned associates, creating and sharing communication materials for the session – teasers , emailers etc. Online link for joining the session wherever required.
c.           Post sessions – maintain records of feedback and potential leads.
d.           Handover leads to channel partners – eg. Finedge, other IFAs etc. and follow up on the results through internal sales coordinators.
e.           Report & update all Investor Ed. related sessions in AMFI website, maintain proofs of all such sessions – photographs, attendance, feedback and any other regulatory requirements.

3.           Internal record keeping and reporting of all activities, budget utilization and invoice processing.
a.           Maintain and report MIS of all sessions, events and activities – weekly and monthly
b.           Coordinate in processing all related invoices for the events on time.
c.           Weekly status of budget utilized, invoice details, invoice processing status, AMFI reporting.
d.           Weekly reporting of all calling activities with the associates.

4.           Other activities related to Financial Wellness 
a.           Assist in setting up of presentation/ soft skills training sessions for internal team members and external trainers, whenever required. Coordinating required with Sales, customer service and HR dept. of DSP.
b.           Internal coordination with DSP teams ( eg. Prime, insti etc.) if sessions are required to be set for existing clients.
c.           Maintain updated contact list at all times, of partners – corporates, ed. Institutes, external vendors etc.
d.           Preparation for self, to eventually deliver presentation sessions to clients.

Competencies Required:

  • Very good communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Skills to set up meetings and meet clients whenever required.
  • Ability to converse with potential clients and convince them to use the program. Should be able to follow up and convert leads.
  • Command over maintaining records and regular reporting.
  • Must have basic knowledge of mutual fund industry.

Experience: 1 to 2 years
