DSP Asset Managers is looking for a highly motivated professional to work closely with the Head of Institutional Sales and drive impactful engagement with Family Offices, Institutional Clients, and Treasuries. This role involves planning and executing client engagement through identifying networks and planning engagement activities, help creating compelling content through podcasts, videos, and research-driven insights.The candidate will collaborate with internal teams including investment research, marketing, and sales to craft strategic communication that resonates with institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Network Enhancement Leads mined: identify useful UHNI networks, collaboration opportunities, UHNI memberships /relationships across industries by using digital tools
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory shifts, and investment themes in Fixed Income and Institutional Investments.
  • Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Institutional Sales to plan and execute institutional client engagement initiatives and events with family offices/ UHNIs
  • Content Development: Ideate and create high-quality investment content including whitepapers, research reports, video scripts, and podcast episodes focused on Fixed Income and Institutional Investments. Develop high-impact presentations
  • Measurement of Initiatives : Devise systems to measure sales initiatives and alignment to sales process
  • Event Execution: Plan and execute roundtable discussions, webinars, and industry forums for Family Offices, Treasuries, and Institutional Investors.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including investment, marketing, and digital teams, to creater sharper measuring metrics across activities


Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • Experience: 5-10 years in Institutional Sales / Fixed Income / Investment Content Strategy. Prior sales experience in Fixed Income or Institutional Sales is an added advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and articulation abilities.
  • Digitally savvy : Knowledge on ho to use digital tools, data, social media to build robust internal management information sysytem
  • Content & Media Savvy: Experience in developing podcast content, video scripts, and digital investment communication is a plus.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Family Offices, Treasury functions, Fixed Income instruments, and Institutional Investment strategies.
  • Planning & Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Execution Excellence: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive high-impact initiatives.
