Objectives of the role:


  • Responsible for Relationship Management and sales through channel partners (Private Client Group,             Banks and Indepedent Financial Advisors).
  • Develop, Build and Deepen the existing relationships with channel partners to grow market share for            DSPAM.
  • Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and providing relevant                     feedback up the chain.
  • Build a long-term core assets through incremental net sales.
  • Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain.
  • Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations
  • Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets

Skills required:


  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Business Acumen
  • Deep understanding of the Sales Process
  • Influence clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver good presentations
  • Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
  • Manage team and drive strategy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Prior experience needed:

  • More than 8 years of relevant experience

Qualifications:

  • MBA or any equivalent qualification
