The purpose of this role is to develop and manage relationship with distributors and deliver on the sales vision and strategy for DSP IFSC Fund Managers Pvt Ltd
Primary job responsibilities:-
- Responsible for driving Mutual Fund Sales through Banks, IFAs, Wealth counters and National Distributors
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPIM
- Conduct meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain
- Responsible for activating new distributors and increasing their market share with DSPIM
- Build a long-term core asset through incremental net sales
- Increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall for DSPIM
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.
- Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
Knowledge and skills required for the role:
- Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry
- Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
- NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining
Educational Qualifications:-
- CFP, MBA, or any equivalent degree
Years of Experience:-
- This position requires minimum 2 - 8 years of experience
