What is the objective of the role?
- Drive business through Mutual Fund Distributors, Banks, and National Distributors in Ludhiana
- Increase the market share with channel partners in Ludhiana
- Deliver effective presentations - one-to-many sessions with partners.
- Move partners to our digital platform for adoption and penetration which helps us achieve our vision of being a Digital AMC.
- Use digital tools, enablers, and internal communications effectively and in an engaging way to get desired results from the distribution partners.
- Sell the entire basket of DSP products both Active and Passives / AIFs with the same zeal and enthusiasm.
- Mentor and guide team members in achieving their goals.
- Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions
What skills do you need to possess?
- NISM – Advisory module qualified
- Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income markets
- Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposals and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
What is the prior experience needed?
- We are looking for a candidate with 8 + years of experience
What qualifications you should have?
- Any Post Graduate degree. Candidates with a specialization in Finance will be preferred.
