Institutional Sales Manager (Bengaluru)
We are looking for an Institutional Sales Manager to expand DSP’s market share and revenue with family offices, large corporates, and mid-sized clients. The role focuses on driving sales outcomes, strengthening relationships, and acquiring new investors in the institutional segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow DSP’s AUM and revenue market share with assigned investors
- Deliver results across gross sales, net sales, and market share in all asset classes
- Reactivate existing clients and acquire new institutional investors
- Engage clients through data, insights, and regular updates (digital or in-person)
- Advise clients on market developments and fund views to build recall
- Use MIS, CRM, and market intelligence to drive effective sales strategies
- Share timely feedback on competition and market trends with leadership
Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong understanding of capital markets (equity and fixed income)
- Knowledge of mutual fund products and institutional client needs
- Familiarity with sales processes, macro-economic factors, and family office networks
Skills & Attributes
- Proven ability to deliver superior sales results across market cycles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to complex deals and clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Experience & Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in investment sales, institutional business development, or distribution
- MBA or equivalent degree (CFA, CWM, or CFP preferred)
