As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for expanding DSPAM’s market footprint across diverse distribution channels. Your primary focus will be to drive Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by fostering high-value relationships with Banks, National Distributors (NDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Wealth Desks.

Objectives of the Role:
  • Responsible for driving Mutual Fund Sales through Banks, IFAs, Wealth counters and National Distributors & Direct Clients
  • Act as a dedicated partner to channel partners, providing them with timely market insights, product updates, and portfolio construction support.
  • Focus on building "sticky" core assets through SIP/STP book building and ensuring high retention of existing AUM.
  • Drive gross and net sales of Mutual Fund products by strategically managing channel partners
  • Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Conduct high-impact presentations and IAPs (Investor Awareness Programs) to educate partners and end-clients on DSPAM's investment philosophy.
  • Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.
  • Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
Skills Required:
  • Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry
  • Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
  • NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining
Years of Experience:
  • Candidate with 6 - 10 years of experience.
Qualification:
  • Graduate in any stream. MBA or CFA/CFP candidates will be given preference.
