1. SEO Strategy & Planning

Build and maintain keyword strategies

Define SEO KPIs aligned with DSP’s digital business goals

Identify content and keyword gaps by benchmarking DSP against competitors

Support quarterly SEO planning aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal trends

2. Performance Monitoring

Track keyword rankings, organic sessions, CTRs, and assisted conversions using tools like GA4, GSC, and SEMrush

Monitor Core Web Vitals, crawl health, and indexation metrics; coordinate with agency and tech teams for issue resolution

Analyze performance of key landing pages and identify optimization or refresh opportunities

3. Execution Oversight (Agency & Internal Teams)

Coordinate with SEO agency to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of recommendations

Review and validate agency recommendations; ensure alignment with DSP’s brand, content, and regulatory constraints

Follow up with various teams to unblock dependencies

Track monthly deliverables and ensure closure of action items across teams

4. Content SEO Collaboration

Guide internal/external writers with SEO briefs, keyword targeting, and interlinking logic

Ensure content clusters and landing pages support business campaigns and macro themes

5. Internal Coordination & Learning Agility

Collaborate closely with product, content, growth marketing, and analytics teams to align SEO initiatives with broader digital objectives

Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new SEO tools, industry trends, and mutual fund-specific content requirements

Take proactive ownership of tasks

Competencies Required

MBA Marketing, Digital, or related field

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Interest in fintech, digital investing, and content-driven journeys

Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and manage external agencies

Competencies Preferred

Internship or project experience in BFSI/fintech or agency-side SEO

Familiarity with SEO concepts, tools and content workflows

Experience: 0-2 years
