Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join sales team to foster Learning & Development. This role will focus on designing and delivering high-quality educational and training content for internal sales teams, mutual fund distributors, and investors. The ideal candidate should have strong subject matter expertise in wealth management, mutual fund products, and behavioral finance, with a flair for simplifying complex financial concepts into engaging learning formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging, compliant, and insightful content on mutual fund products, personal finance, and investor behavior.
    • Create presentations, articles, learning modules, newsletters, and video scripts tailored to different stakeholder audiences (internal teams, MFDs, banks, investors).
    • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and compliance teams for accurate and timely dissemination.
  • Training Support:
    • Assist in designing and conducting training programs for internal teams and external partners.
    • Support the delivery of training via in-person sessions, webinars, and digital formats.
    • Curate investor education material aligned with regulatory guidelines and market trends.
  • Thought Leadership & Research:
    • Stay updated on trends in mutual funds, financial planning, behavioral finance, and investor communication.
    • Contribute to DSP’s investor education initiatives (e.g., DSP Netra, newsletters, podcasts, social content).
  • L&D (HR) Collaboration:
    • Work with the Learning & Development team to build impactful training journeys and upskilling programs.
    • Evaluate learning effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in content development and/or training in asset management or financial services.
  • Strong grasp of mutual fund products, personal finance, and investor behavior principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CFP certification (preferred).
  • Prior experience in an AMC or financial advisory environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for simplifying finance for broader audiences.
