What is the roles objective?
- Responsible for Relationship Management and handling Mutual Fund sales through assigned retail channels (Banks, IFA’s and National Distributors) in Patna
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients and all channel partners and increase market share for DSPIM
- Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain
- Responsible to empanel and activate new distributors
- To build a long term core assets through incremental net sales
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain in the firm so that the firm can respond to changing market conditions.
- Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations
- Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
- Responsible for branch targets and driving sales trough team
- Identify, hire and nurture talent
What skills do you need to posses?
- NISM – Advisory module qualified
- Has capital market knowledge and relevant experience of the industry
- Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
What is the prior experience expected?
- 8 plus years of relevant exposure in financial services industry with good knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry.
What qualification you should have?
- Graduate. MBA (Finance or Marketing) would be preferred
