Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Market Expansion
• Drive Institutional Sales targets across Fixed Income and Equity.
• Increase institutional market share and wallet penetration.
• Lead new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
• Build a scalable and sustainable long-term asset book.
Strategic Relationship Management
• Develop and strengthen institutional partnerships.
• Understand client mandates and risk profiles to recommend appropriate investment solutions.
• Share market intelligence and fund house views with clients regularly.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Institutional Sales team.
• Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability.
• Use MIS and market data to drive strategy and execution.
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide strategic feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 12+ years of experience in Institutional Sales / Capital Markets.
• Strong expertise across Fixed Income and Equity products.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling sales teams.
• Strong institutional network within Mumbai.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.
