Assistant Manager / Manager – Strategic Alliances

At DSP Mutual Fund, our partnerships with Banks and National Distributors are pivotal to our mission of delivering long-term value to investors.

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional to manage these alliances, engaging with central teams, driving product inclusion, and ensuring sustained AUM growth through collaboration and insight.

What You’ll Do

-Build and nurture senior-level relationships across Bank and ND central teams.

-Position DSP’s mutual fund offerings effectively to align with partner investment strategies.

-Drive inclusion in approved lists and negotiate key commercial and service terms.

-Conduct training sessions, fund manager connects, and portfolio reviews for partner teams.

-Monitor performance, analyse data, and identify growth opportunities.

What You Bring

-6+ years of experience in mutual fund / asset management distribution.

-Prior experience managing central relationships with Banks / NDs preferred.

-Strong market understanding, communication finesse, and analytical acumen.

-A self-motivated, target-driven mindset and passion for partnerships.
