What is the objective of the role?
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Digital Distributors by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service. This involves regularly telephonic conversation and occasionally face-to-face meeting across different regions of India.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to the Digital Partners gate keepers.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of Digital Partners.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review and publish the sales data and business KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
