The primary objective of this role is to support the Senior Investment Strategists in all elements of the function.
What is the objective of the role?
1. Conceptualize and create presentations for a variety of needs like pitching to new institutional clients, explaining fund positioning, market update PPTs for Portfolio Managers, event specific presentations like budget, sector updates etc.
2. International Business product structuring.
3. Update & maintain fund presentations, team profiles, annual notes, quarterly notes, attribution reports, board packs etc.
4. Interpret data independently to create portfolio performance commentary and charts.
5. Assist in answering interview questions in media articles, journals, magazines, wealth managers, family offices, 6. Independent Financial Advisers etc.
7. Domestic and offshore query handling – attribution, performance, holdings data, macro commentary, ad-hoc commentaries/questionnaires
8. Coordinate institutional client requests for data, due diligence questions, presentations, reports, factsheets, competitor analysis etc. with relevant teams / external parties for the hedge fund, UCITS and other funds
9. Monthly commentaries and attribution for offshore strategies.
10. Maintaining client database and CRM software.

What is the prior experience needed?
Min. 4-5 years of work experience
What qualification you should have?
Finance degree, CFA qualifications advantageous (possibly post-graduates)
Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills.
Knowledge of technology / Morningstar / MFI explorer / Bloomberg etc. is useful to analyse large data sets
