The candidate will be responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy to recruit right people at DSPAM

What is the role’s objective?

  • Execute and contribute to developing effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements that align with business goals.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines to fill current and future roles efficiently.
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Create and foster high-touch relationships of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, especially job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract potential candidates.
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing methods using various platforms
  • Talent pipelining for future hiring needs 
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure high-quality candidates
  • Skilled in interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes
 What is the prior experience needed?
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in Financial Services preferred

What qualification/s you should have?

  • MBA or any equivalent degree
