Marketing Operations Executive
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2–3 years | Education: Graduate
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to manage end-to-end collateral operations, vendor coordination, and event support. The role ensures timely availability, quality control, and smooth execution across marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of collateral requests from requirement intake to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Maintain accurate trackers for orders, stock, and dispatch status
Vendor Management & Sourcing
- Work with printing, logistics, and sourcing vendors
- Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality
- Maintain and review vendor databases; support new vendor onboarding
Finance & Invoicing
- Ensure timely invoice submission, approvals, and payment follow-ups
- Track budgets, spends, and cost optimization
- Maintain audit-ready documentation with finance/procurement
Process & Quality Control
- Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards across all collaterals
- Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency and faster TAT
Marketing Events & Conferences
- Support planning and execution of events, conferences, and partner meets
- Manage logistics: vendor coordination, dispatch planning, on-site support (as required)
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align with Marketing & Sales teams on requirements
- Coordinate with Design & Content teams for collateral production readiness
