What is the roles objective?
Handling Front office and all client service activities at Delhi Branch:
- Attending to investor’s /distributor’s, accepting & time stamping of transactions post necessary scrutiny.
- Handling Queries/complaints received from Investors & distributors –through calls, walk ins or emails.
- Ensuring timely banking of cheques and reporting of large value transactions.
- He/ She should coordinate with CAMS registrars, Back office, sales, team & any other department for effective customer delivery.
- He /She should have good presentation skills to do presentations to a larger audience.
- Maintain MIS and other month end reports accurately.
- Ensure ethical customer service practices as per the laid guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.
What skills do you need to possess?
- Good communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry & AMFI certified.
- Zeal to serve the customers with best of the abilities.
- Good at multi-tasking & able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well within and across teams.
What is the prior experience expected?
4-5 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background.
What qualification you should have?
Graduate, Postgraduate, MBA or equivalent.
