Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented growth marketeer to handle our digital b2c business. Will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling initiatives. Must have expertise in Marketing technology tools and ability to plana and implement campaigns across multiple customer segments and channels to achieve business goals.
  • Digital Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies to attract new investors. Utilize social media and performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to reach the desired target audiences.
  • SEO and SEM: Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic visibility and traffic. Manage SEM campaigns to drive qualified leads and increasing website and app traffic.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with existing customers and increase the average revenue per customer through cross-sell and up-sell. Analyse customer behavior and preferences, apply segmentation to identify opportunities for personalized engagement and automation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, and digital advertising. Leverage marketing technology tools like Clevertap to automate campaign workflows, investor journeys, personalize communications, and improve campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights. Use these insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Digital Marketing: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements for the Role

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, whatsapp).
  • Knack for content creation, designing and marketing, digital advertising, social media marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly mutual funds.
  • Ability to work well within and across teams.
  • Person with minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
