Objectives of the role:
Responsible for Relationship Management and sales through channel partners (Private Client Group, Banks and Indepedent Financial Advisors).
Develop, Build and Deepen the existing relationships with channel partners to grow market share for DSPAM.
Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and providing relevant feedback up the chain.
Build a long-term core assets through incremental net sales.
Refer client feedback and competitor activities and provide quick feedback up the chain.
Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations
Execute the sales plans and meet the set targets
Skills required:
Strong knowledge of capital markets and other financial products
Strong product knowledge
Business Acumen
Deep understanding of the Sales Process
Influence clients and stakeholders
Deliver good presentations
Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
Manage team and drive strategy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Band: Manager
Prior experience needed:
More than 8 years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
MBA or any equivalent qualification
