Objective of the role:  
  • Responsible for Relationship management and handling MF sales through Mutual Fund Distributors(MFDs)
  • Ensuring IFA activation and focus on MF products to increase market share of DSP
  • Conduct regular meetings  with MFDs and their clients and keep them updated on our product and services. Mainly through online meeting platforms, phone calls, email, WhatsApp etc.
  • Build AUM and Market Share by ensuring better brand recall and mindshare for DSPAM
  • Provide feedback and competitor activities for improvisation
  • Training IFAs and building their knowledge levels through training/workshops on DSP products and Services.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance of regulatory matter including EUIN and ARN with timelines
Skills needed: 
  • NISM VA Certified
  • Knowledge of Equity & Fixed Income
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to influence and convince  stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
Experience:
  • We are looking for a candidate with 2  years of experience in Mutual Fund sales
Qualification required:
  • Any Post Graduate degree. Candidates with specialization in Finance will be preferred.
