Zonal Sales Head – Mumbai
The purpose of this role is to manage & increase revenue & AUM market share of DSP with retail channel partners across Mumbai.
Primary job responsibilities:
• Responsible to plan, develop and monitor the activities of the sales team across Banking, Retail and National Distributors within Mumbai
• Develop sales plans, activities, campaigns and manage day-to-day activities of the sales team
• Responsible to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue and cost to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve performance
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
• Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services, marketing campaigns and sales promotions, sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help achieve goals
• Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and providing relevant feedback up the chain
• To increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall for DSPBR
• Build long term core assets through incremental net sales
Knowledge required for the role
• Strong knowledge of capital markets (equity & fixed income), products and other financial products
• Deep understanding of Sales process
• Understanding of macro-economic variables and mutual fund products

Experience:
• 14+ years of investment sales, and business development
Qualifications:
• CA/MBA or any equivalent degree. CFA, CWM, or CFP will be plus
